COVID-19 Update

We look forward to seeing you in the office soon!

We have taken multiple precautions to ensure the safety of our patients, providers and staff as we re-open our office and resume in-office appointments.

Some of the measures we are taking to keep you safe include:

  • COVID-19 certified disinfection of the office
  • Following all universal and droplet precautions per CDC guidelines
  • Staff is screened for symptoms and temperature check every morning
  • Staff is wearing masks and face shields while attending to you
  • Social distancing is followed wherever able

What to expect for your appointment

  • All patients will receive a phone call at least 48 hrs before their scheduled appointment and be advised of the new procedures.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Upon arrival, please stay in your car and call our office at (610) 789-6390 to notify us of your arrival.
  • Do not come into the building until a member of our staff instructs you to do so.
  • Our staff will ask you a series of questions to screen for symptoms.  If you answer yes to any of the questions, our staff may request you to remain in your car until we speak to your doctor.  If you answered no to all of the questions, the staff will ask you to come into the building and to our office where we will take your temperature  before we take you to the exam room.
  • If you have a copay, our staff will ask you to pay by credit card and take the information from you over the phone.  If you plan to pay by cash, please have the exact amount of your copay.
  • All patients must be wearing a cloth/ protective mask.
  • Any form that we require to be filled out and signed will be done in the exam room to maintain social distancing.
  • Check out procedure will proceed as normal.
  • Only the patient will be allowed to enter the exam room.  One caregiver may be allowed in if the patient needs assistance.
  • Whenever appropriate, telehealth can still be offered as an option.

If you have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or any new respiratory symptoms, new onset of loss of taste or smell, please reschedule your appointment and contact your primary care doctor.
